About Founder
Giorgio Imparato, Founder & Senior Manager
Giorgio is the visionary and creative founder of Le Mummarelle, a contemporary vision of hospitality rooted in the identity of places. Born in Naples in 1974, he grew up in a family with ties to the construction industry, where he developed an innate appreciation for materials, detail, and craftsmanship from an early age. This sensibility soon evolved into a broader exploration of space and its ability to create experiences.
He combines his background in economics and his master’s studies at the IED in Rome with an instinctive passion for design and interiors, shaping a personal style that blends aesthetics, functionality, and the narrative of a place. His concept of hospitality goes beyond the idea of service: it becomes an immersive experience, built on listening, care, and the ability to interpret the identity of the setting. Every space is conceived as a balance between understated elegance, authenticity, and contemporary comfort.
From this vision emerged Le Mummarelle, a project that brings his approach to hospitality to life: refined spaces, bespoke experiences, and a quiet luxury that enhances the local area without ever overshadowing it. Today, Giorgio is leading the brand’s expansion with new openings in Italy and across Europe, advancing a vision of hospitality that is cultured, essential, and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
